Plant Guarantee

Our goal is happy customers. Trees, Shrubs, Roses and Perennials are guaranteed for one year after purchase. If a plant dies or does not perform as expected, you may bring in the plant and receive a replacement plant or a Store Credit*.

Return Policy

Plants, trees & shrubs may be returned within seven (7) days for exchange or Store Credit only* (no refunds). All other merchandise may be returned in original condition within 30 days for a refund, when originally paid for by credit/debit card or cash. If originally paid by check, you may receive a Store Credit*.

*All returns and exchanges require an itemized receipt and are subject to manager approval. Some returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
